Company Policies
1. Payment Policy
- A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the commencement of the tour.
- No tour will be operated without full payment being received.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 45 days or more before the tour start date: 10% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- 15 to 30 days before the tour: 30% of the total package cost will be charged.
- Within 15 days of the tour start date: The entire advance payment (50%) will be forfeited.
- Transaction or banking charges for refunds (if applicable) will be borne by the client.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
- All refunds will be made via the original method of payment, after deducting applicable cancellation and transaction charges.
- No refunds will be provided for services missed due to late arrival, no-shows, or personal reasons.
4. General Terms & Conditions
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice, especially in case of changes in government taxes or third-party rates.
- TOT reserves the right to change or modify itineraries, hotels, or transport arrangements without prior notice due to operational or safety concerns.
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
5. Privacy Policy
- We collect personal data (such as name, contact details, ID proof) only for booking and communication purposes.
- All customer data is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with third parties except service providers involved in your tour.
- We follow industry standards for data protection and privacy.
6. Guest Conduct Policy
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, staff, and local communities.
- Any misconduct, harassment, or disturbance may lead to immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
- Alcohol or drug abuse during the tour is strictly prohibited.
7. Travel & Baggage Policy
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.
- TOT will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to luggage or personal items.
- Baggage limitations apply as per vehicle capacity; excess baggage may not be accommodated.
8. No Show / Late Arrival Policy
- If a guest fails to arrive at the designated time or location, the tour will proceed without them.
- No refunds or compensation will be provided for missed services due to lateness or personal delays.
9. Force Majeure Policy
TOT - Thrill of Travel is not liable for any delay, modification, or cancellation of tour services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Strikes
- Political unrest
- Government restrictions
- Epidemics or pandemics
- In such events, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide alternate solutions but cannot guarantee refunds.
10. Travel Insurance Policy
- Travel insurance is not included in the package by default.
- Guests are strongly advised to purchase personal travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or luggage loss.
11. Flight & Transport Policy
- If flights are included in the package, relevant baggage and check-in policies will be shared separately.
- All ground transport will be provided as per itinerary (A/C vehicles unless mentioned otherwise).
- TOT is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, or flight rescheduling
